1. Agreement
By using Beforework or purchasing a license, you agree to these terms. If you use the service for a business, you confirm that you can accept these terms for that business.
2. The product
Beforework helps contractors prepare, calculate, preview, and export change-order documents. It is a documentation tool, not legal, accounting, tax, engineering, or construction advice. You remain responsible for reviewing every document and deciding whether it meets the contract rules and laws that apply to your job.
3. Founding license
A paid founding license is a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for one customer to use the paid Beforework features. It includes unlimited change-order PDF downloads and first-year product updates offered to founding customers. It does not include custom development, legal review, guaranteed future features, or permanent operation of every feature.
4. Payments
Paddle is the merchant of record for paid transactions and handles checkout, taxes, receipts, and payment processing. Prices are shown before purchase and may include applicable tax. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to the payment transaction. See the Beforework refund policy.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and review calculations before relying on them.
- Use signatures and approvals in a way permitted by the applicable contract and law.
- Keep account access and downloaded documents secure.
- Do not abuse, disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass product access controls.
- Do not use Beforework for unlawful, deceptive, or infringing activity.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of the job information and document content you enter. You give Beforework only the limited permission needed to process content when you request a PDF or support. Do not submit information you lack permission to use.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service dependable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may be changed to improve security, reliability, legal compliance, or the product. We will avoid materially removing the core paid value without a reasonable remedy.
8. Suspension
Access may be suspended for payment reversal, chargeback, security risk, unlawful use, or a serious breach of these terms. A full refund normally revokes the related license. Contact support if you believe a suspension is incorrect.
9. Disclaimers and liability
Beforework is provided on an “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that a generated document will be enforceable, accepted by a client, or prevent a dispute. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beforework is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Beforework is currently operated as a pre-launch service by its individual owner; a formal business identity, address, and governing-law clause will be published before unrestricted commercial launch. Mandatory consumer protections and any law that cannot be contractually changed continue to apply.
